County jurisdictional area includes all unincorporated areas not under the jurisdiction of another duly established plan commission; any area incorporated after August 29, 1986 and whose governing body has not adopted a zoning ordinance; and, any area made subject to the County's planning and jurisdiction by way of interlocal agreement.
